My Review

I’ll Make You Mine by Author Gia Riley is an NA novel.

Well, crap. Dylan has himself in quite the predicament. Wanting one girl, but taking what you can get, is one thing. Knowing the girl you want and the one your have are twin sisters, well that’s just brought awkward to a while new level and began this too-fun-to-put-down story.

“I’ve had Zoe on a pedestal from the day our paths crossed. Since then, nobody has come close to making me feel the way she does.”

Keely and Zoe are twins…and that’s where the similarities end. One loves to party, drive guys mad with her body, and wears things that would make you blush. The other loves to be home, studies into the wee hours of the morning, and then slips her comfy jeans and sweater.

I’ll Make You Mine was a slow waltz with smooth and continuous moves that built and built with each slide of the feet and shift of the hips. Zoe and Dylan were so good together as friends. Their journey to becoming more was filled with quirky moments that made me laugh, tenderness that caused me to sigh, and heat that made me get the tingles.

“Crossing the imaginary line we’ve created might not be as easy as I thought. Stacks of mile high cinderblocks constructed from embarrassment and nerves keep us where we belong.”

But, these two literally just about drove me nuts! Come on! Get it together! As they grew and things changed, so did my responses to their actions. They became such a cute couple and showed all of the signs for a timeless love.

“Listen. The tag is poking me. One wrong move and I’ll need a colonoscopy. So, I suggest you get this hooker dress off my body before I rip it off and make you pay for it.”

Cute banter, quirky charm, and serendipitous affection were plentiful in this friends-to-lovers romance that left a sweet kiss on my heart.

“…our yesterdays are over. I need you in every tomorrow.”
