I didn’t notice her before…but now I do.
The shiny strands of gold in her silky brown hair.
Tiny crinkles between her eyebrows when she frowns.
Her passion for neatness.

Once I focus on her, I can’t take my eyes from my newest obsession. Ever.
I need to know everything about her.
Her past. Her present.
The way she takes her coffee.
Exactly how she smells after a spritz of perfume in the mornings.

She’s perfect in every way and I was blind.
But, God, now do I see.

I notice the organized way she arranges her clothes in her closet.
How she visits the same market each Saturday.
The sounds of her breathing as I lie beneath her bed in silence.

Violet is mine.
She just doesn’t know it yet.

My Review

I’m obsessed with you. I can’t live without you. I’d die without you.

Notice by Author K. Webster is a slight dark, and very erotic, romance novel.

Sometimes love isn’t black or white. Sometimes love isn’t even in color.

Violet has been helping herself get over a relationship that nearly crippled her.  She has found herself again and is strong. She currently holds the title of receptionist to one of the most uncaring men, Grayson Maxwell.  Grayson has precision focus with his business, but is totally oblivious to Violet.  Until one day, when everything changes, and she becomes his favorite obsession.

Diamonds like her don’t belong in the rough.  Diamonds like her need to be polished and cared for.  Diamonds like her are meant to shine without fear of always getting dirty.

The beginning of this novel took me by surprise. It was not a typical start from this author.  But, when the “good stuff” started, I could not stop the smile that spread across my face.

There’s only room for one freak in her world. And I take up a lot of space.

Grayson Maxwell was quite the male specimen.  Precision, focus, divide and conquer.   He was a modern day Sherlock Holmes, and reading how his mind clicked to decipher his universe was so fascinating.  A smoking hot, alpha male, his over-protective tendencies made me want lick him…weird, right?!?  But, oh how true.  Violet was the quiet, unassuming type that was a perfect match for Gray and his dominant ways.  I loved the chemistry between these two!  It was electric, traveling with them wherever they went, with its long hands extended, grabbing onto them and pulling them together.  This feeling carried with every crazed and adventurous turn of the page.

“I’m going to imbed myself so far under your skin, you’d die if you ever tried to cut me out.”

Notice was a constantly changing and evolving story with an edge of danger and lust that swirled together to create an unstoppable force and a read I couldn’t put down.

I’m not something that can be looked over or forgotten.  I am someone.  Someone special and beautiful and worth knowing.
