There comes a point in your life where you have to say enough is enough.

I wasted my college years on a guy who played with my head, played with my heart. I was blinded by the fairytale, the one that didn’t exist.

The day I gave up on the idea of happily ever after, my focus became me. Moving forward and establishing my career.

Until one day…

I didn’t expect him. My new boss, a six foot two, inked rock god. I believed I was working for the record label, I was wrong.

It’s impossible for me to keep my distance, believe me I’ve tried. He’s not who I expected him to be. He’s so much more he’s…Emphatic

Guest Review by Tammy Cole

Logan has just discovered that her boyfriend has once again cheated on her and she is finally ready to walk away.  She and her best friend Stacy are just graduating from college and are going on a once in a lifetime trip to Hawaii to celebrate.  There she meets Michael who is deliciously sexy, and sparks instantly fly for both of them as they agree to a short-term fling with no strings attached.

“Don’t deny it.  There’s a burning attraction between us.  Let me show you how we can be. We’ll both walk away not with the memory of a fling, but the memory of an amazing night we spent together.”

I don’t want to give anything away as to the plot, but let’s just say that isn’t the last time they see each other.  This story made me smile throughout the whole book as it was a good romance story that will leave you rooting for them as a couple. I loved the epilogue and I am hoping that this will develop into a series for the other characters in the book.

“He’s one delicious package. He has a body made for sin, his voice blows me away, and he’s a complete contradiction of the stereotype he’s thrown into because of his ink and his profession.”
